In 2001, we started our business to operate and manage buyout funds. During this period SBI CAPITAL has built up a wealth of experience and expertise in this investment niche. In particular, we learned how to take a hands-on approach to investment and how to implement customized strategies to enhance enterprise value. Rather gaining investment returns from financial restructures and leverage, we pay close attention to internal chemistry and dispatch full-time managers to target investment companies. This enabled us to keep track of weekly business figures and to formulate management plans.
