SBI Capital Solutions

SBI Capital Solutions is a specialist in debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing, the purchase of non-performing loans, business revitalization, and mezzanine investment. We develop mutual funds to engage in mezzanine investment and revitalization financing.
Our investment targets include enterprises taking legal bankruptcy measures either under voluntar y liquidation or under the Corporate Reorganization Law and enterprises that face difficult conditions trying to restructure through voluntary measures and the infusion of new capital. We also engage in debt factoring for enterprises that have good restructuring potential, provide subordinated loans for LBOs and structured financing, and invest in preferred shares.
Our staff of professional manager s has abundant exper ience in revitalization financing and mezzanine investment. Working with speed and mobility to implement investment opportunities, our managers also monitor each investment target carefully. The keys to wise investment decision-making are timing and having the flexibility to adapt to the needs of each investment target. This means we cannot be tied down by precedent when faced with unconventional conditions related to business type, location, scale, or risk profile. We also attach great importance to teamwork with lawyers, consultants, and other financial institutions so that each investment target will receive the best solution.
SBI Capital Solutions takes full advantage of the SBI Group's extensive network to enhance enterprise value and strengthen business.
