SBI Royal Securities is the only Japanese full-service general brokerage firm in Cambodia.

We obtained a full-license to operate a securities business in Cambodia from Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) since October 2010.

Through their professional expertise and a wide distribution of network through shareholders, SBI Royal Securities successfully completed a number of historic transactions in Cambodia, such as the leading manager of Corporate Bond offering for HKL Microfinance, which is the first listed bond in the stock market(CSX).

By utilizing the know-how of the Financial Services Business which the SBI Group has accumulated in Japan, we will now strive to contribute to Cambodia’s economic development.
