Furthermore, we provide equity for venture enterprises utilizing venture funds jointly established with external partners which have expertise in specific fields.
For enterprise clients, we support the establishment and operation of Corporate Venture Capital.
We provide hands-on management support to small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan to meet business succession needs and help with financial and business restructuring.

We aspire to achieve social and economic returns through investment activities. We focus on “social impact,” which is created by venture enterprises through their businesses, and enhance the sustainable growth of the enterprise through “Impact Measurement and Management” practices, including visualization and utilizing measurement results. Our affiliated fund management is a signatory to the “Operating Principles for Impact Management (OPIM),” enhances disciplined investment practices, and contributes to establishing the eco-system as the first impact investor in the Japanese banking industry.
