Contribution to People's Health Management through SBI Wellness Bank

The SBI Group established SBI Wellness Bank in April 2007 to actively engage in direct contribution to society in the medical field.
Based on the SBI Group's principle, "In order to remain a strong and respected company, we must fulfill various social responsibilities," SBI Wellness Bank provides support to Tokyo International Clinic, a medical corporation, with the vision to contribute to the development of a healthy and positive society.
These days, health and productivity management is regarded as an important factor for the society and corporate governance as a medium- to long-term initiative improving employee health and vitality from the perspective of ESG investing. SBI Wellness Bank takes measures to maintain the good health of the officers and employees of the SBI Group. At the same time, the company provides various preventive healthcare services, including the most comprehensive medical examinations. Thus, SBI Wellness Bank helps protect the health of companies that are the foundations of society and their managers, contributing to the improvement of the health of people and the health and productivity management that is demanded by society.

The initiatives of SBI Medic at Tokyo International Clinic

SBI Medic is a membership-based service supporting health management. In a partnership with Tokyo International Clinic, which is partnered with and supported by SBI Wellness Bank, this service contributes to a more proactive health management, by putting forward a total package covering the three areas of "preventive care," "medical treatment," and "age management." Tokyo International Clinic provides safe, high-quality medical care services, centering around premium comprehensive medical examinations across a wide range of medical fields, including internal medicine (including cardiovascular, digestive organ, respiratory disease, and endocrine departments), cranial nerve surgery, orthopedic surgery, gynecology, breast surgery, dentistry, and plastic surgery. Moreover, the Clinic is promoting optimal medical care for patients under a framework for medical collaboration that it established in partnership with the University of Tokyo Hospital and other institutions.
