In the current building/real estate industry, there are rapidly spreading markets of securitization of housing loan credits and real estates backed by brisk real estate investments. On the other hand, major amendments to the Building Standards Law and the Architect Law have been made to introduce an order in expansion of the market and the fictitious antiearthquake structure. Reliability and safety of a building itself is attracting people's at tention.
In such an environment, assuming that building evaluation made by an independent third-party institution has an important role of securing the reliability and safety of the building, the amendment to the Laws this time requests a major change to the private Housing Inspection Organization/Housing Performance Evaluation Organization.
We are tackling evaluation of buildings and investigations in general based on the concept of "provision of safety and quality passed to next generation".
To be more precise, a national qualification holder having rich knowledge and experience on building design, supervision, examination, inspection and evaluation issues a residence per formance evaluation sheet as a Housing Inspection Organization ( inspection and examination as per the Building Standards Law) and Housing Performance Evaluation Organization ( inspection and examination as per the Housing Quality Assurance Act.) in order to acquire secure and safe residences and provides an appropriate building analysis/ investigation and assessment report to the circulation market involving real estate operators. We will further offer services of qualification certification (designated inspection organization of Japan Housing Finance Agency ) business and structure calculation conformity check (structure peer check institution) business to contribute to provision of quality of all residences and buildings and to support all needs of customers.
