To facilitate acquisition of safe and secure residences and buildings nationally, licensed professionals of SBI ArchiQuality with a wealth of knowledge and experience in architectural design, supervision, investigation, inspection and evaluation offers certifications as a designated confirmation and inspection body (investigation and inspection according to the Building Standards Act), a housing structural performance assessment body (investigation and inspection according to the Housing Quality Assurance Act), a certificate of conformance inspection body (investigation and inspection according to the Housing Technology Standard of the Japan Housing Finance Agency), and a CASBEE assessment accreditation body (investigation according to the Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency). The company also provides suitable architectural structure diagnostics and inspection reports for business operators in the secondary real estate market.
