SBI Royal Securities

SBI Royal Securities is the only Japanese full-service general brokerage firm in Cambodia.

We obtained a full-license for securities business from Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia (SECC) and serves as the lead manager of an initial public offering for state-owned Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), which was listed on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX).

The Royal Group of Companies(*), Cambodia’s largest conglomerate group, is the shareholder of our company. We fully utilize the Royal Group of Companies’ customer base and networks as well as the SBI Group’s resources to achieve comprehensive business development, such as securities underwriting of IPOs and sales of Cambodian company stocks in Japan in conjunction with SBI SECURITIES.

By utilizing the know-how of the Financial Services Business which the SBI Group has accumulated in Japan, we will now strive to contribute to Cambodia’s economic development.
