Due to user behavior changes caused by lifestyle changes, a rapid digital shift is required throughout the industry, having face-to-face insurance agents beginning to offer online consultation services and insurance companies expanding their products to allow online applications.
As a first step, in September 2020, we launched an app that allows customers to seamlessly go through the face-to-face insurance consultation process on their smartphones, to provide the same level of comfort and conviction in selecting and reviewing insurance as traditional face-to-face insurance consultations, even in a digital format.
