SBI Private REIT Advisors is an asset management company of SBI Private REIT Investment Corporation (SPR), a private real estate investment trust (REIT). Investing in and managing real estate require clear judgements based on professional knowledge and experiences, and valid practical skills to implement them. Our team members have gathered from inside and outside of SBI Group to establish and manage SPR. We will faithfully manage SPR to create investment opportunities in domestic real estate for a wide range of institutional investors, to provide real estate with true value, and to make distributions through stable cash flow in accordance with SBI Group's “Customer-centric Principle" and our basic philosophy of faithfully meeting the expectations for "long-term stable management". Further, with the goal of achieving sustainable growth of SPR, we will pursue real estate investments that contribute to solving social issues, including revitalization of local economies, and improving the environmental conditions, etc.
